Despite strong brand recognition, Big Soda faced declining engagement with younger audiences who increasingly preferred healthier or trendier alternatives. The challenge was to modernize the brand image, spark cultural relevance, and drive authentic connections with a demographic that values experience and storytelling over traditional advertising.
