Effectiveness and Changes of Terms
These Terms become effective when posted on the Company’s website or notified by other means.
The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, within the limits of applicable laws. Any changes will take effect once posted or notified in the same manner.

Provision and Modification of Services
The Company provides the following services:

• Digital marketing planning and execution

• Content creation and management

• Performance marketing and analysis

• Other services as determined by the Company

The Company may modify the content of services as needed to improve them.

Use of Services
Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws when using the Services.
Users may not transfer or lend their service usage rights to third parties without prior consent from the Company.

User Obligations
Users shall not engage in the following:

• Conducting acts that violate laws or regulations

• Damaging the Company’s reputation or interfering with its operations

Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any damages caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or reasons attributable to the user.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the location of the Company’s headquarters as the court of first instance.
